Some will compare this to the original Predator, which is unfair because it’s a very different kind of movie. This goes more in the direction of atmospheric horror rather than action, and leans into dread and isolation in the wilderness. This was meant to be a big departure from what the franchise is perceived to be, if you are overly attached to gun toting action then you may not like this, but if you want a fresh interpretation then give this a watch.
