Regarding "Welcome to Blood City," I entered with low expectations, yet found myself pleasantly surprised by the film. Despite a narrative that missed key contextual elements, potentially preventing it from being good, it held my attention throughout. I would label it as a film that hovers under the average mark, one that's not without flaws but is still likable.
