This one is the definitive adaptation of Dickens' "A Christmas Carol". Alastair Sim takes Ebenezer Scrooge from page to screen better than anyone to date. It became a favorite of Baby Boomers who grew up with it. Other generations should give it a try, not just the movie but the book as well.
