Well what is there to say here? First, this is not a horror movie by any stretch of the word.
With that in mind, it's pretty good. It's a slow, suspenseful, well done and pretty interesting movie. What makes the movie stand out for me is the characters. They just feel like real people. No bullshit, just regular people. Combine that with a sense of mystery over some of the characters and you have a pretty intriguing movie.
Sadly, the characters fall apart a little bit towards the end and falls into some very overused clichés, but it's forgivable in the light of things. Also the ending could have had more of an impact. It just kind of mellows out and then that's it. It feels somewhat odd, considering what has just transpired. I think I understand that they were going for, but I think it would have been better with more of a bang tbh. I'd definitely recommend this movie though, just make sure you know what you're going to see.
