Shot on Video features is a style I used to shrug off (though I'm still weary on them before going in). After finding some legitimately good ones, I've come around. The Necro Files is a good one to test the waters with as the style isn't off-putting. The content on the other hand is absolutely vile! Some truly disgusting acts happen but it's so absurd and over the top you laugh rather than feel sick to yourself.
When you think you've seen it all and nothing could be more insane on film, throw this one in. Oddball films are my jam and I've seen some unique oddities, trust me. But The Necro Files still managed to surprise me with some wacky visuals you just can't put to words. This is how SOV films shine.
