This overall disappointing. I'm starting to think I just might not be a fan of director Scott Cooper. This movie opens intensely and immediately captivates its audience. There's two other thrilling sequences but everything that's in between can be a drag at times. It's very slow but strong performances from Christian Bale and Rosmend Pike paired with gorgeous cinematography kept the movie from becoming a task to watch. You can see this one at home
