Argo is a really fun movie that, yeah, fine, it takes liberties with the source material, sure. But it does so in the interest of making a tighter, more entertaining thing. It's thrilling in the right spots but isn't afraid to occasionally remind you of the comedy inherent to this ridiculous (but at least partially true) operation.
