Ummm story line was okay. The movie felt like a an easy read book. Definitely leaned on the single black struggling mom aspect…. ALOT overall okay watch while eating on a lunch break.
The acting by Taraji P Henson, Glynn Turman Richmond Dunbar were good as they are seasoned actors…. Teyana should take some lessons from her husband. 😆.
The scenes feels like a staged area at TPs studio. They only flow between 3-4 locations with give a lower budget feel.
The story itself would be better with a solid backstory. They jump right into the struggles.
Already that enough leaning in on this movie. 🍿
