Why was this rated R? They totally didn’t take advantage of that rating. Anyways this had potential to be really good. The acting from the main child and actress is great. With the kid especially doing a great job being creepy/scared. I’m on board with the hook in this movie but a lot of things go unanswered. I also thought that the film continuously did a solid job creating tension but was really lite on scares. It’s a decent watch, but nothing mind blowing or you haven’t seen before.
