If the rest of the sequel trilogy was amazing, this one would stand out as the one weak-ish link. But unfortunately it stands out as the one okay-ish link. I think people lump this together with the next two as “the worst Star Wars” and although this doesn’t live up to other OG Star Wars movies, it still is pretty solid I guess and better than the other two after it. It would’ve could’ve should’ve been fine enough setup for a great trilogy. But now it’s viewed as the start of the bottom of the barrel. Best thing about it: Kylo Ren. Worst thing about it: it’s a freaking new hope copy and paste completely!!! That’s the one thing I can’t really stand about it. But overall…. It’s ok…
