Little more than a collection of one liners and puns, all of which land about as well as you’d expect of a drunk uncle at a funeral. The ‘romantic’ scenes are two or three waddles past incredibly awkward. The comedy level is so slapstick and ridiculous, that it can only really operate at a child’s level, however, some of the themes and gags are at odds with that target audience, and so it just feels completely and utterly out of place. Best not to discuss the ‘action’ sequences. Just a very odd film. Cack quack.
