When he gets mysteriously killed, an experimental procedure transfers his memories into a dangerous ex-convict. When he wakes up Pope's memories, his mission is to eliminate The Dutchman before the hacker launches ICBMs and starts World War III.

This movie is tonally challenged. It can't decide if it wants to humorous or extremely violent. People were laughing in the theater when a woman got her skull beat in by a lamp... It was certainly not funny yet the audience that it was.
This isn't a good performance from Kevin Costner. His character is unlikeable and the little bit of character growth he has is unearned. Gary Oldmans characters a dick and almost all the other characters are underutilized. The villains are very lame.
Best part of the movie is the beginning with Ryan Reynolds. This could stand alone as its own little short film.
I found myself very bored during the movie and kept thinking I've seen this all before.
With a high caliber cast such as this, it's criminal that it's not a good movie.
