Gateway movie for looking into the BCCI bank scandal of the 80s/90s...but somehow less intriguing...a touch fewer bullets and a tad more plot could have made this something really memorable. Still a good watch though.
Unrelated: Clive Owen was my choice for Bond after watching Croupier, and the the old BMW short films/commercials they made.
