Bad boring watchable. John Saxon paraphrasing all his dialog. Burt Young playing a 40s gang… make that a cop. Those two guys are the highlights and they’re fantastic and making it up as they go. Not so much the rest of the cast. Special shoutout to the lead singer of the bar band trying so hard for this to be his big break and he fails at acting, singing and being normal.
I do like the idea of the beach being the killer but the film punts on that too.
