Touch of Death

Touch of Death
Lester Parson is a lonely gigolo who dates and kills off middle-aged women in ultra-gory fashion just for the pleasure of watching them die, as well as to take their money and jewelery as well as cook and eat their remains for his dinner.

Remembering Lucio Fulci on his birthday- probably my favorite horror director. Figured I'd chip one away of the very few horror titles I have yet to see in his filmography. Out of all the revolting gore he's spilled, his foray into horror comedy might be the most unsettling product he's attempted. The comedic elements are so awkward and uncomfortable they will still garner a laugh. Something in the style of John Waters.
Touch of Death might dabble in some comedy though that doesn't take away from the signature gore. Touch of Death is disgusting just as every Fulci film is. It may not be one of his best efforts but like everything he's been a part of, it's memorable.
