Surprisingly gripping! Shardlake blends mystery and Tudor politics with real style. The performances are strong, the setting is gorgeous, and the story keeps you hooked. It’s not perfect, but it had serious potential to grow into something great. Too bad it was cancelled—felt like it was just getting started.
