If pretentiousness was a disease, this would be SHAIDS - Syphilis, Herpes and AIDs all wrapped up into one. It’s almost cartoon-level snobbery - as if the Flintstones tried to read Shakespeare.
The director must have forced the actors to ham it up at gun point.
