Throw From A Whisper to A Scream up there as one of the BEST horror anthologies. Each short could had easily been an episode of Tales From the Crypt. Wrapped up in the larger story arc is Vincent Price telling each historical event of the town in a spooky library.
Starts off with a bang- the first short is the best and most gruesome. Acts of necrophilia with a morbid twist. The next two are good in their own rights and the final is literally Children of the Corn in the Civil War. This anthology is one of horror's best kept secrets.
