Ashley er på nippet til at flytte hjemmefra, men indvilliger alligevel i at tage et sidste babysitterjob og passe på den 12-årige Luke, mens hans forældre er til julefest. Luke har naturligvis et kæmpe 'crush' på den ældre pige, og hvem ved, måske falder hun endelig for hans charme. Men selvom vi befinder os i et stille, hyggeligt forstadskvarter, så bliver denne aften hverken stille eller hyggelig. Da fremmede forsøger at trænge ind i huset, bliver Ashley og Luke afskåret fra omverden og kan ikke slippe væk. Det er ikke andet at gøre end at træde i karakter. Hvem det end er, der forsøger at ødelægge julen, så skal de sgu' ikke slippe afsted med det!

Better Watch Out is one of the most insane thrillers I have ever seen!!! The movie is a very low budget movie that in a sense feels like Home Alone. The cast in this movie is really good, especially the kid who portrayed Luke. The movie doesn’t waste a second of time and just jumps into it, so your entertained throughout the film. The kills are also pretty good in this movie. The last hour of the film is the most insane stuff, it will have you shocked at the ending was great too. I also love that it’s set around Christmas, it fully embraces the Christmas spirit with the music, the snow, the decorations, and so much more. So overall a fun enough thriller with an insane last hour that you are not expecting, trust me!!
