The idea that the story is being “accurately” depicted as being told by a 14-year-old girl is hilarious. It makes for some wonderfully cheesy narration. The entire film is melodramatic as hell haha and an interesting sound design!
Wahlberg is such a bad actor lmao I think it was rubbing off on Rachel Weisz! Susan Sarandon was the only bright spot. I can’t be too hard on Saoirse tho she did what she could, I guess!
