This Netflix-funded film is a glaring example of uninspired, formulaic filmmaking. The supposed "twist" is painfully obvious from the first scene, robbing the story of any intrigue. Small details, like a daughter being listed in a phone as "Name and Surname" instead of a nickname, highlight the laziness. The flashback scenes, set 15 years earlier, fail miserably, with the characters looking older rather than younger.
