This, dear reader, is NOT Star Trek what so ever. once againe someone losing the plot and disrespecting the source, though, to be fair, the source was Discovery which also ignored the source and lost the plot. Here's the thing: if this wasn't a Star Trek film, this would have been an okay Sci-fi romp. It had a good cast of talented actors, but trying to get viewers by slapping the Star Trek brand on it when it doesn't fit the mold of what Star Trek is known for is just a terribad idea. Hopefully this is the last piece of garbage from the Discovery universe of Star Trek that we'll have to see so the franchise can get back on track with what Star Trek fans expect.
