This film is a case of “well the first one made money so let’s make a sequel.” Even though fans of the cartoon disliked the live action version, Disney still decided to push forward with a prequel no one asked for with “Mufasa.” The animals still show no expression and yes it still feels like you are watching a National Geographic special. Just more boring.
