An awesome action flick that ultimately ended up being Seagal's best film by far. It's been given the "Die Hard on a boat" moniker, yet don't let that sell the film short, because it definitely has its own flair, and enough charisma to stand apart from that classic film. Jones and Busey deliver commanding performances, and there is never a dull moment thanks to the great pacing of the movie. This is one of the all-time great macho action films that's definitely worth watching.
