A mean trashy exploitation picture about three convicts who escape from jail and hole up at the house of a black minister. There are a few nasty scenes where the minister's family is being repeatedly terrorized by the thugs. In the end the minister turns the tables on the 3 convicts and gives them their just desserts.

Holy hell this just might be the meanest exploitation film I've seen of this time since the release of The Last House on the Left. It even predates I Spit on the Grave and Fight for Your Life stands as shocking as both. Absolutely deserving to land on the Video Nasties list, moreso than most of the films on it.
Incredibly racist, violent, and shocking- everything from rape to killing a child onscreen in a brutal manner. Curious if it will ever receive a proper restored home media release because even with such brutality, Fight for Your Life is an incredible film with a proper finale. This could never be made today.
