Agent 007 - Mission: Drab
Da en britisk agent og dennes sekretær bliver myrdet på Jamaica, sender den britiske efterretningstjeneste MI6 deres bedste agent, James Bond, afsted for at finde ud af, hvem der står bag mordene. Sporene fører til den afsidesliggende ø Crab Key, hvor den kinesiske videnskabsmand dr. No bor. Han har bygget et kæmpe atomlaboratorium på øen og har herfra tænkt sig at ødelægge USA's atomprogram - og udsætte landet for afpresning. Sammen med den smukke Honey Rider sætter Bond alt ind på at forpurre dr. No's onde planer.

The one that started it all, Dr. No sets the tone for decades of Bond with cool confidence and a sense of sleek danger. Sean Connery defines the role out of the gate, bringing charm and menace in equal measure.
The pacing is slower than modern entries, and the villain is more subtle than iconic, but the film’s style, music, and attitude laid the blueprint. From the casino intro to the tropical showdown, it’s classic spy storytelling done right.
A sharp, stylish debut that introduced the world to a franchise built on shaken martinis and unshakable cool.
