This was single-handedly one of the worst Star Wars series in history, making the 1978 "Star Wars Holiday Special" an Oscar-winning magnus opus by comparison. Strangely, it started off strong - the first episode had some very interesting ideas. But by the end of episode 2 and throughout the rest of the season, its execution, acting, character journeys (and behavior), and plot points were all an absolute train wreck. The best part about this was the part where Disney cancelled the series after this one horrible season. Unless you're a die-hard Star Wars fan that will watch anything that is shoveled in front of you from the bowels of unimaginative and creatively bankrupt show runners, then avoid. It's bad.
