It’s a story about love, sacrifice and what it means to fight for something bigger than power.
The animation is gritty and dramatic, perfect for the bleak setting.
Hokuto Shinken hits hard and Raoh’s arc adds real emotional weight.
Hiroshi Abe and Takashi Ukaji bring solid voice work and longtime fans will feel right at home.
It’s not flawless, the plot’s rushed, side characters get sidelined and the melodrama can be a bit much.
But if you’re here for classic martial arts mayhem with a beating heart, this delivers.
