Rogue One: A Star Wars Story
All looks lost for the Rebellion against the Empire as they learn of the existence of a new super weapon, the Death Star. I thought this was a great movie when it came out... an important piece of the star wars puzzle. Now I love this movie even more after watching Andor, which provided far more context and build up.
I think this movie gets hate because it moved so quickly and didnt have long to build character development. Still, I thought the characters are likeable, relatable, and well acted. The visuals are also amazing, and it was the first star wars movie (and Solo) that dug deeper into the grass roots every day life of the universe, which was a really awesome perspective. Brings you in closer, feels more realistic and relatable.
