This movie so desperately tries to be this years Gone Girl, but never reaches that caliber. The acting was great across the board, especially from Emily Blunt who definitely goes for it in this movie. I thought the sense of time was a little all over the place and the pace was a little wonky in the beginning. I did enjoy the third act of the movie and had enough of a twist to keep me interested. This movie had potential to great but ends up being slightly better than average.
