The series is classy. Wonderfully retold. Masterfully portrayed by each character. Excellent. There is a love interest which is written of that is not portrayed in this series however and the series cuts at the end giving the notion that Mercedes and Edmond may rekindle. This is not the original storyline but I like this end and the “you decide” feel at the end thats up to the viewers own thought as to what end was made
