It sure tries to over explain a convoluted plot to the audience. The dialog can be wooden as hell. Some actors are like cardboard cutout versions of themselves.
But my goodness, when it's fun, it's SO FUN. When it's suspenseful it's SO SUSPENSEFUL.
Certainly not the best, maybe not top 3. I'd liken it more to "Live Free or Die Hard". Great when it needs to be, as good as you'd expect.
