This is an amazing movie but what would have made it even better is if James had taken the best opportunity he ever had and let her have it with both barrels, after she was finished I would have said, "look here you evil witch, you're the worst boss of all time, you're a bully and you hold everyone under you thumb of tyranny, you really are cruella deville, I am not staying under your thumb anymore, I have a different job now and one that I will love to do, I quit grim reaper, take that egg and go hatch it". Then walk out
