Yuri Orlov is a globetrotting arms dealer and, through some of the deadliest war zones, he struggles to stay one step ahead of a relentless Interpol agent, his business rivals and even some of his customers who include many of the world's most notorious dictators. I watched this movie as a kid and loved it. Watching it now, It's clear that it's just a *bad* movie.
The cinematography is awful. The story jumps from plot to plot, lacking any real cohesion. Nicolas Cage is very wooden with his acting, as are the other characters.
It's a great premise, harmed by bad directing and cinematography.
