Zombies with charm- this is satire, first and foremost. It pokes fun at 1950's domestic ideals, corporate control, and people's weird obsession with keeping up appearances- with domesticated zombies doing the physical labor. The world-building is clever, the comedy deadpan, and the tone walks quirky. Oddly touching, and visually stylized like a zombified Pleasantville, Fido is innocent fun.
