Apocalypse Z: The Beginning of the End offers a decent entry into the zombie apocalypse genre, though it doesn't break any new ground. The film is entertaining enough, but the final scene falls flat. It's not only predictable but also lacks the impact a conclusion should have. While I understand the potential for sequels, the current ending feels anticlimactic and unsatisfying.The film's title is its biggest hurdle. It almost deterred me from watching, as it strongly suggested a low-budget straight-to-DVD film.
