The time-span that the film takes place over makes the contrivances of this romantic comedy far easier to digest than most.
The performances are solid with zippy dialogue and a few good laughs.
The soppiness is kept to a minimum but even when it does turn up its also pretty nice.
(I don't think the interview bits particularly add much)
