The plane crash is top notch!
With Idris Elba and Kate Winslet staring obviously this movie has fantastic acting. This isn't a bad movie but it certainly isn't a great one. What we have here is a good survival film, with a decent mix of romance. What bogs this movie down is the pacing. The survival aspect after the first act becomes rather convenient and becomes boring at times. The romance works, but wow was the ending to this about 15 mins to long. It also ends on something I wouldn't know how to describe other than cheesy. Worth a watch when it appears on the small screen near you.
