My quick rating - 3.8/10. The story itself started off ok. The typical crazy lady that lives in the neighborhood thing. I would've been fine with a decent spin on that and put aside the absolute horrid acting but that part just got insane. The terrible acting and absolutely moronic decisions these people made was entirely too much to deal with. Low budget horror that really succeeded more on the comedy level, sometimes on purpose, other times not. It clocks in at 80 minutes so you won't kick yourself for losing the time, but you sure won't feel all that fulfilled afterward.
