If you told me this movie was made by Pixar, I would have fully believed you. In a lot of ways, this movie manages to effortlessly capture the emotional heart and wholesomeness of those movies while still feeling inventive and quirky. The music and animation is top-tier, and it is supported by a phenomenal voice cast. The plot beats do feel a bit predictable and cliched, but the movie is so incredibly well-paced so that nothing overstays its welcome. Certain developments could have easily taken up larger chunks of the runtime, but the movie methodically moves through them without anything feeling rushed. The movie is brimming with positivity, and I think families that take their kids will be rewarded with great life lessons for them, but the real core of this movie is actually for the parents. This movie deserves just as much love as the products of Disney Animations and Pixar, please go support it and the author whose book it is based off!
