Adam Clay is a beekeeper, but someone very important to him is scammed and driven to harm. However, what these power and money hungry scammers don't know, is that Clay is an agent in a classified program called Beekeepers, and they underestimate how much of a threat he is. Adam sets out on a quest of vengeance, where he hunts and kills those responsible for the incident.

This is perhaps the most ridiculous plot premise of any Jason Statham movie (and that's saying a lot!), but he and David Ayer still manage to turn in quite an entertaining action film. It's classic Statham, with lots of highly choreographed fight scenes and plenty of witty rejoinders. The plot exists solely to move things from one action piece to another, so don't come into this thinking you'll get more than that. If what you're after is just a mindless (Jason Statham) action film, though, then this will deliver for you.
