Not as good as Force Awakens but still a great episode of Star Wars.
Was a little worried during the first act. The pacing was poor and the story felt as if it was trotting in place. Thankfully the back half gets back on track and delivers two of the coolest scenes in Star Wars history. I enjoyed everything with Luke, Rey, and Kylo Ren. It was interesting and unpredictable. Adam Driver is the best in this. His portrayal is a fantastic villain. Poe was greatly expanded nicely. Finn and Rose storyline went on too long but I did like Del Toros character.
The humor was a lil much. This is Star Wars not marvel. Hope it's dialed back in future movies. I believe I'll enjoy this whole movie more the second time.
