Dr. Wendell is a troubled surgeon with a nagging wife, Carol, and a stressful hospital job, who botches a surgery on an injured young man, Johnny, who then dies under his care. The man's dangerously disturbed girlfriend, Jessica, abducts the doctor and holds him captive at her apartment and subjects him to mind games and sexual torture because she holds him responsible for the death of her boyfriend.

This was a weird one for Fulci. Chick gets mad at a surgeon for her piece of shit boyfriend dying under his operation, kidnaps surgeon, bangs surgeon. Nothing more nothing less. Plot was quite loose and when it ended it felt like it ended in the middle of the story.
This isn't anything special other than the opening saxophone orgasm. The "torture" stuff was too tame but there were plenty of topless/full frontal shots to aid in the dragged pacing.
