From the beginning: very stylistic and also very Gaspar Noé. But by the end, yeah - extremely Cronenberg. But then….back to Noé.
Obviously the whole Blade Runner vibe and a commentary on the rich skirting punishment and draconian nations.
Severance / The Substance vibes.
Exciting, campy, unique! Fun, thematic story! Immersive direction! Cool sound mixing!
Alexander Skarsgård plays an evil elite so wsll… Him and Mia Goth are very good in this!
