Sheriff Deputy Rick Grimes gets shot and falls into a coma. When awoken he finds himself in a Zombie Apocalypse. Not knowing what to do he sets out to find his family, after he's done that, he gets connected to a group to become the leader. He takes charge and tries to help this group of people survive, find a place to live and get them food. This show is all about survival, the risks and the things you'll have to do to survive.

Remember the days when you couldn't wait until the next episode of The Walking Dead? The casting and the actors were amazing, along with the excitement and sometimes sadness of who was going to die next. It was excellent, and it took you on a fantastic journey in seasons 1 through 5, but the dynamics started to change in season 6. I hated season 7 so much that I never even finished it, and that was the end for me! After that, it started to lose the very essence of what I once liked so much, which were the appealing characters and the newness of it's elements. It is very difficult to maintain that high level of standard without faltering. It was like going through withdrawal, and knowing it would never be the same again. Once the thrill is gone, you can never go back home!
