Needlessly scary for a kids' movie. Especially one dealing with the emotions of parental loss. So much more was good and well intentioned, but the scary aspects make this a tough sell for many younger children at the PG level. Not to mention a few instances of unnecessary foul language. I wanted to like and recommend this movie, but it's a skip for me.
