An Icelandic couple live with their herd of sheep on a beautiful but remote farm. When they discover a mysterious newborn on their land, they decide to keep it and raise it as their own. This unexpected development and the prospects of a new family brings them much joy before ultimately destroying them.

Ohhh, okay….
Beautiful, haunting cinematography and breathtaking landscapes. Such a wonderful little farm with such incredible views - uh, yeah, maybe I could see myself raising a family there (in an alternate timeline where I haven’t already destroyed my body beyond possibility)
Is it bad that I guessed the ending from the first conversation? (I wrote this 100% convinced the dad was going to come back from the future to impregnate the sheep lmfao) lol I thought I had it!
Made me realize that The Conjuring has ruined clothesline hanging scenes for me lol always waiting for the silhouette
