I have issues with JJ Abrams and his obsessive mystery box stories, but I've always thought of this movie as his peak when it came to story telling despite the Rabbits Foot remaining an untold mystery. Ironically it's Mission: Impossible to piece together JJ's stories as it took TWO Dead Reckoning movies to explain just what that thing was in the end!
