This one’s a Vatican speed thriller with a Da Vinci Code hangover and just enough sci-fi spice to keep you hooked.
Saw it in the cinema and honestly? It delivered. Not profound, not flawless, but it knew how to sprint.
t’s a bit draggy in the middle, cue historical exposition dump, but the finale goes full bonkers in a way that’s oddly satisfying.
Rewatched it and it holds up as a “rainy Sunday with stroopwafels” kind of film.
Not sacred, not heretical, just a fun, fast paced romp through crypts, clues and Catholic chaos.
Tag it “Popcorn Theology” and move on. Sometimes, that’s enough.
