Hot-shot Hollywood agent Matthew Blake has a dark past. He thinks that he is on his way to a double date with his oldest friend to a new Escape Room in Los Angeles. When the couples are locked into the Escape Room, Matthew quickly finds himself at the center of a revenge plot meant to right the wrongs of his past, with deadly results.

My quick rating - 4,4/10. They really didn't have a bad idea here, just the way they plodded along to getting to the payoff was quite irritating. Each actor played a stereotype character, so you'll identify them immediately, but they were so overdone, especially the slutty one, that instead of having depth, they are more a distraction. It really is too bad since the story itself led to some good ideas and a built in place for the twist, counter twist type thing that is going on. But lazy writing muddled it all up. Not a bad FreeOD (if that isn't a thing, free on demand) but I wouldn't be paying for it.
